What is the Difference :Coffee, Expresso , Cappuccino , Latte, Mocha ?

I like this question and I make it simple and short. Taken from a reliable resource.

1.  Coffee is brewed differently then Espresso and others . Typical coffee is drip brewed.

2.  Expresso which very hot water is forced through the grounds. Espresso actually doesn't have as much caffeine as regular as coffee.

3.  Cappuccino has a "Cap" or dollop of foam from steamed milk on top of the Espresso.

4.  Latte is steamed milk added to the Espresso with a hint of foam on top.

5. Mocha is the Latte with an addition of melted chocolate mix in.

Happy New Year 2014 ---> Ice blended futures???

Happy New Year to all readers, hope this will be not too late to wish.

I personally think that the question about the future of ice blended is some sort of not relevant, unless there is no people to enjoy "drinking" it. As long as there is demand, so that supply. Hence, completing the "supply-demand chain".

Luckily, We Malaysian are embracing the Visit Malaysia Year 2014; and with the wheather of "Khatulistiwa" ---> "hot and humid all the year" , said to be perfectly balanced, I believe there will be at least a demand for ice blended.

I  once felt like being "backstabbed" on this ice blended business. Few years back, foods operator in school said, schools in Malaysia were not supposed to sell kind of "junk" and "unhealthy foods"; and they suggest to "hold on" for ice blended; "uncategorized" they informed me. HAHAHA...can you imagine, not long after that a boy asked me...

"Abang...itu air blended sudah tara jual ka???...itu kantin punya tak berapa special yg macam abg buat..."

Smiled; and I knew that there is no luck for me to continue selling ice blended in that school.

Another experience, during Bazar Ramadhan , selling Lai Chee Kang, and of course ice blended (starting at 6 pm onwards),  I received a good income for that, purposely for "Hari Raya"...:)
and I can't forget the sadness  my customers during the gen set breakdown due to some technical challenges.

Not to be over proud , I suggest readers to be sincere in anything / everything you do, and believe me, what you give you get back. Simple Karma.

Sugar / Sweetened water : To be added or no when blending?

It is depends , but for me, better not to put.

My justifications :

1   ) Somewhat it might be ruined / spoiled the original taste.

2   ) Afraid of imperfect sugar blending residue

3   ) A good ice blended powder / smoothies concentrations has been produced with adequate portions of          sugar

4   ) Too sweet might lead to less satisfy of tasting

Electric Power ???

It is best when you can operate your blender with the normal wired / socket electricity's source. In some cases, you may need to have extensional wires if your blender is located slightly distance from the electricity source.

Generator Set (Gen set) may have been required when you are operating at night market, along side streets or any area which is far form normal electricity source. I would like to share some information on searching / buying the gen set, it is better you quote for "heavy duty"  ones and of course; it is not so cheap in price.

Oh ya, if you are operating during night time, it is advisable that you spare some "energy saving" light bulbs for hospitality and conveniences. In case that you have to use  pendarflour lamp (lampu kalimantang); do use the shorter in length.
